Our flexible fee policy
Small jobs
Small jobs can be agreed as such in initial discussion. A single session is sufficient to gather the information needed to quote for and proceed with the work.
Projects
For more complex projects it is essential to apply systematic project management to ensure that time and money is spent productively.
We ensure that the resulting system has appropriate documentation and that arrangements are put in place to provide the agreed level of on-going support.
Existing systems
If you have an existing system, it might be an MS access system, or a SQL Server system, with a .NET, MS Access or VB6 front end. Your support programmer has retired or got too busy to meet your needs. We will support your system upgrading it as necessary to meet current circumstances, both business and technical.

Following completion a Guarantee period applies.
